Mum & Baby Yoga
Suitable from:

​This Mum & Baby yoga course is designed to empower you through movement. Reconnecting you with your body and mind, supporting you physically by nurturing and strengthening your new body.

 

It’s a great way to bond with your baby & give them a little treat with a baby massage.

 

You’ll get to meet other local Mamas and their babies in the community.​

​

Classes are 1 hour and include a free* hot drink to share with new friends in the cafe.

​

Little Wriglers Yoga

Crawling - 18 months

This is a wonderful class that is for babies that are on the move. Parents will be led through a gentle yoga class aimed at stretching, moving and strengthening your body whilst your baby can explore and play safely. We will start to introduce your baby to simple yoga moves and breathing exercises through fun and engaging movement and song. 

 

You’ll get to meet other local Parents and their babies in the community.​

A community of mothers coming together after kids bedtimes and a day of work. A time for us to connect, laugh, breathe, reflect, rest and join together through movement. 

​

Postnatal is forever. Come along at any stage of your Motherhood.

 

What is the difference between this and a ‘normal' yoga class’?

The emphasis is on the community that we will create, for those mothers missing the connection of others in ‘baby groups’ but want time for themselves. We will meet and connect with each other through a welcome circle before movement. We will also spend a longer period in a resting posture to be able to reflect, rest and restore ourselves mentally and physically.

Not suitable for pregnant mamas.
